Earth friendly Christmas Lights!

Not too many people know how incredibly inefficient Christmas lights are. They are very festive and beautiful, but they are often left on 24 hours a day during the holiday season and each light is a small incandescent bulb using tons of electricity. I was lucky to find solar powered Christmas lights. The key is to place the little panel in a sunny place. With these lights most of the outside can be lit without wasting any energy.

I'm back!

While in the northeast I had the pleasure of helping to assemble a yurt.  It came in a big box and it had a front door and a beautiful moon roof.  Very exciting!
I am back in North Carolina now and very appreciative of all the emails I received for electrical help.  Thanks!
